Overview
Not every requirement matches a catalogue product, and forcing one to fit usually shows up later as a converting problem. Custom development starts from the application instead: what the material has to do, on what line, against what substrate, under what conditions.
Because coating, printing, lamination, slitting and winding are all in house, a change to the construction does not have to be negotiated across three suppliers. That is what makes application-specific development practical rather than theoretical.
OEM development is available for customers who need the material produced to their own specification and finished format.

It depends on the construction and how much application testing is required, so no fixed timeline is quoted in advance. The stages are confirmed with you at the start of the project and progress is reviewed against them.
What information do you need to start?
The substrate or packaging format, the line and process it runs on, the performance or security requirement, the operating conditions and an indication of volume. The more of that you can share, the fewer development cycles it takes.
Do you supply under OEM arrangements?
Yes. Material can be produced to your specification and finished format for supply under your own programme.
