Quality and compliance
Quality built through process control and application understanding
How quality is held
In-house production
Coating, printing, lamination, slitting and winding happen within PROASP. A deviation can be traced back through the stage that caused it rather than across a supply chain.
Material selection
Base film and coating chemistry are selected against the application — the adhesive system, the line and the conditions the material will face — not against a house default.
Consistent coating
Silicone laydown is held under direct process control, because release variation across a web is what shows up later as inconsistent die-cutting and rejected output.
Finished-product inspection
Product is inspected before dispatch as the closing stage of an in-house production chain.
Application-specific development
Constructions are sampled and tested in the actual application before moving into regular supply, so performance is verified on your equipment rather than assumed from a datasheet.
Batch and lot identification
Traceable batch and lot labelling is applied where confirmed for the product and market. Confirm the requirement with your enquiry.
Compliance
Applicable release-liner grades are available with REACH, FDA and RoHS compliance. Compliance availability depends on product grade and application. Documentation is available on request.
The wording matters here, so it is worth being precise about it. PROASP describes grades as compliant, not certified, and compliance is a property of a specific grade for a specific application — not a blanket statement covering every product in the range.
What can be supplied for your construction, in your market, depends on the grade selected. Tell the team the product, the intended application and the destination market, and they will confirm what documentation is available.
What PROASP does not claim
- No certification logos are displayed, because a certification mark should belong to a certificate that exists.
- No compliance statement is applied site-wide when it applies only to selected grades.
- PROASP supplies material. It does not certify a customer’s finished package — that remains the responsibility of the organisation placing the product on the market.
- Materials are described as tamper-evident, never tamper-proof. They make interference visible; they do not prevent it.
Need documentation before you can specify?
Tell the team the product, the application and the market. They will confirm what compliance documentation can be supplied for the grade in question.
