Every stage below happens in house. A deviation at inspection can be traced back through the stage that caused it, rather than across a supply chain.

Solvent-based silicone coating applied in house, which keeps release level under direct process control.
Coating in house is what makes release level something PROASP can develop against your adhesive rather than accept as supplied. One-side and two-side constructions are produced, with differential release available on selected C2S constructions.

Eight-colour gravure printing for surface graphics, brand identification and custom security messaging.
Printing covers both functional marking — VOID messaging, security graphics, coding — and brand-facing artwork on materials the end customer will see.
Eight stations mean a security film can carry a full brand palette and its security message in the same pass, rather than trading one against the other.

The transfer message is a specification, not a fixture — VOID, STOP, TAMPERED BAG or your own wording, changed between runs.
On most security films the message is fixed by whoever made the cylinder. Because printing is in house, PROASP treats it as a variable: the wording, the language and the artwork are set per customer and can be changed between production runs.
That matters where the same bag ships into more than one market, or where a brand wants its own words to be what a tamper attempt leaves behind.

Lamination of multi-layer constructions, including the layered structures tamper evidence depends on.
Tamper-evident behaviour is a property of how layers are built and bonded. Lamination in house means the evidence response can be developed rather than sourced.

Slitting and rewinding to the widths, lengths and core formats your line runs.
Material arrives ready to mount. Width, roll length, core size and outer diameter are confirmed against your unwind rather than supplied to a house standard.

Extended-length winding in both formats, including the 24,000 m spool that carries three times a conventional roll.
Spool winding puts the film on a flanged spool, which suits narrow slit widths and high-speed unwinds. Pancake winding builds a flat, large-diameter reel on a plain core. Edge guiding is held through the wind in both, so the reel runs true rather than telescoping under tension.
Either format changes diameter, weight and handling, so it is confirmed against your unwind and tension control before supply rather than assumed to drop in.

Conversion of coated and laminated film into finished components and formats.
Covers the finishing steps between a produced web and a component ready to run on a customer line — sheeting, slitting, spool winding and finished-format production to specification.

Application-specific construction development across silicone-coated and tamper-evident release films.
Development starts from the substrate, the line and the conditions the material will face, and works back to a construction — not the other way round.

Release value against your adhesive, and unwind behaviour on your equipment, are both verified through samples rather than assumed from a datasheet.

Inspection sits at the end of a production chain that is entirely in house, so a deviation can be traced back through the stage that caused it.

Packing and dispatch appropriate to the format, the roll weight and the destination market.
Export consignments are packed and documented for the destination market, with requirements confirmed at order stage.
