The short version

This website is deliberately light on tracking. It does not embed third-party maps, social widgets, chat scripts or advertising pixels, so there is very little to consent to.

What is stored by default

Session storage — campaign attribution

If you arrive through a link carrying campaign parameters, those values are kept in your browser’s session storage so that an enquiry submitted a few pages later can be attributed correctly. This is cleared when you close the tab and contains no personal data.

Authentication cookies — staff only

The administration area at /admin uses cookies to keep a signed-in staff member authenticated. These are set only after signing in, and never for public visitors.

Analytics

Analytics is optional and is only active if it has been configured for this deployment. Where analytics is enabled and consent is legally required in your location, non-essential scripts are not loaded until you have consented.

Where a document download is recorded, we store the resource, an approximate country, the referring site’s origin and a one-way hash — never your IP address, and nothing that identifies you.

What is not used

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No cross-site tracking pixels.
• No embedded map, video or social iframes that set cookies.
• No session-recording or heatmap tools unless explicitly enabled.

Where we link to Google Maps or WhatsApp, you leave this site and the policies of those services apply.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not affect your ability to browse this site or submit an enquiry.
