The website is information, not an offer

Product descriptions, specifications and application guidance on this site are provided for information. They do not constitute an offer to sell, a warranty, or a commitment to supply to any particular specification.

Where a specification value is marked as standard, available, custom or confirmed on enquiry, that marking is meaningful. A value shown as “confirmed on enquiry” has not been fixed for every construction, and should not be relied on as though it had been.

Suitability is confirmed through testing

Materials described here are components supplied to manufacturers and converters. Whether a given construction is suitable for your application depends on your substrate, adhesive system, process, equipment and operating conditions.

Final suitability must be confirmed through technical discussion and application testing on your own line. Nothing on this website substitutes for that. We supply material; the responsibility for validating a finished product remains with the party placing that product on the market.

Tamper-evident, not tamper-proof

Our security materials are described as tamper-evident. They are designed to make interference visible and difficult to conceal. They do not prevent a determined attempt to open a package, and we make no claim that they do.

Compliance statements

Where the site states that compliant grades are available, this refers to specific product grades for specific applications. It is not a site-wide statement covering every product, and it is not a certification. Documentation availability depends on the construction and intended application, and is confirmed on request.

Quotations and orders

An enquiry submitted through this website is a request, not an order. Any resulting supply is governed by the commercial terms agreed in writing between the parties, including specification, quantity, price, packing and Incoterms. No default Incoterms are assumed.

You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Technical documents made available for download may be used internally to evaluate our products.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, and for ensuring you are entitled to share any drawing, specification or artwork you attach. Do not submit third-party confidential information you are not authorised to disclose. If a mutual non-disclosure agreement is needed before technical details are exchanged, raise it with your enquiry.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
