When applicable security constructions are exposed to heat, the indicator changes colour to create visible evidence of the attempt. If the seal is lifted, the layered construction reveals a permanent VOID message.
A sealed security construction shows a white indicator strip. Heat is applied to the seal. The indicator strip changes colour, marking the seal as having been exposed to heat. The seal is then lifted, and a repeating VOID message is revealed across the separated layers. The message remains after the seal is pressed back down.
The heat indicator is available on applicable constructions and is specified per application. It is not a property of every PROASP product.
